GreenUp Wealth Management is growing again!

We’re thrilled to welcome Ethan Roelle and Justine Segura to the GreenUp family! Ethan joins us as a Vice President and Wealth Advisor, serving clients across the country, while Justine joins our team as a Client Services Associate, helping support our advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Ethan Roelle is a Vice President and Wealth Advisor who brings more than 20 years of engineering and management experience at General Motors, along with a passion for helping individuals, families, and business owners build strategic wealth plans. With a focus on manufacturing professionals, small business owners, and start-ups, Ethan combines his technical expertise and problem-solving mindset with a relationship-driven approach to help clients navigate complex financial decisions and plan for the future with confidence.

Ethan believes strong relationships are built on trust, transparency, and honesty. He lives in St. Louis with his wife, Lisa, and their two children, Lillian and Tucker. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, cycling, and spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Justine Segura joins GreenUp as a Client Services Associate, bringing a diverse background in financial services, including data processing, client relationship management, and client service team leadership. With a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to finding practical solutions, Justine is focused on supporting the GreenUp advisor team and helping create a seamless, client-focused experience.

Originally from California, Justine moved to Texas eight years ago with her two children. Outside of work, she enjoys paddleboarding on the lake, exploring new places with her kids, and spending time with her two cats and dog.

What a ride! I first saw Russell Dilday Performance Horses at Equifest of Kansas in Wichita many years ago. He had just won World’s Greatest Cowboy for the first of three times. Watching him go down the fence sent chills down my spine. I’ve been a fan ever since. This podcast episode is an amazing trip through his incredible life so far. I was also happy to hear my friend Patrick Benson mentioned for his work with veterans. Russell mentioned the financial challenges that many veterans, cowboys, trainers and others in the horse world encounter. I’ll put this out there, if any veteran, cowboy, cowgirl, trainer, or other person involved in the horse industry is struggling to devise a plan that sets them up for success financially, I am happy help pro bono. Excited to welcome Jake to GreenUp Wealth! Jake interned with us for two summers and recently graduated from the University of Missouri Personal Financial Planning Program. He joins us as our first Wealth Advisor Associate. Great things ahead!

We’re excited to officially welcome Jake Schmitt to the GreenUp Wealth Management family as our first Wealth Advisor Associate.

Having been part of the GreenUp story since its earliest days, Jake was drawn to the firm’s entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering commitment to helping advisors and clients thrive. As the inaugural member of GreenUp’s Business Development team, Jake plays a key role in supporting advisor growth through lead generation, setting prospect appointments for advisors, financial planning support, and other initiatives designed to help advisors build and scale their practices.

Before joining GreenUp Wealth Management full-time as a Wealth Advisor Associate, Jake served as the firm’s very first intern, spending two summers contributing to the firm’s growth. During his final internship, he helped pilot GreenUp’s Business Development Desk. The success of that pilot laid the foundation for GreenUp’s continued investment in business development and advisor growth. Jake graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia’s nationally recognized Personal Financial Planning Program in 2026.

Outside of the office, Jake enjoys following Manchester City, UFC and spending time with family and friends. He takes great pride in GreenUp’s journey and is passionate about contributing to the next chapter of the firm’s growth while helping advisors make true impact to clients.
