Retirement doesn’t happen all at once. It’s a series of choices. each one affecting your income, cash flow, and overall confidence.

Planning for federal retirement can feel like a lot, but having a clear process makes it easier to understand your options.

We walk you through each step so you can review your benefits and make informed decisions about what comes next.

How it works:

• First Meeting Fact Finder – Bring the documents that shape your retirement picture.

• Second Meeting Review of Pension Options - FEGLI, FERS Supplement, TSP strategy, and a net monthly income comparison.

• Finalize + Implement during Follow-Up Meetings - Confirm your FERS choices, complete your TSP investment and income strategy, and open any needed accounts (Traditional IRA, Roth IRA, after‑tax brokerage).

• Ongoing Review – Keep your plan updated as life and markets change.

This process is designed to help you understand your federal benefits and the decisions available to you.
