OK ladies and gentlemen I know what you are thinking.... You get that renewal notice in the mail and your prices have gone up once again and you have not changed anything or made any claims. Why do these prices keep going up!!? Everything always cost more year after year.
How many times has your agent called you and told you they are going to shop the other 11 companies they have and make sure you are still in the best package deal. I just saved a client $750 a year by switching but they can keep the same agent!! Kind of a nice change of pace. Call me if you want me to shop your insurance!

As some of you know I switched insurance groups back in November. This doesn't mean much as far as the day to day stuff but I do have access to a few more companies to shop. So I just saved a current client $400 a year. The biggest advantage to a broker is that you are not stuck with those annual premium increases and have options with the same agent. I make a habit to review all my clients policies at renewal and make sure they are in the best package deal. Does your agent do that?

So my newest client had me run a quote a year ago and at the time I really could not save her much money. I hung on to her information so I could review it at renewal this year, and thanks to a few rate drops with one of my companies I was able to save her a couple hundred now. It never hurts to check and if I can't help you today maybe I can help you down the road!
