5.0 star review received on Experience.com for The Rome Team I Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation by Christopher M - Lacy was great to work with throughout the mortgage process! She was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. She also helped us lock in our interest rate while the market was changing quickly, which we really appreciated. Buying a home can be stressful, but Lacy made the financing side of things much easier. I’m grateful for all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great loan officer!

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for The Rome Team I Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation by Gillian C - Our loan officer, Lacy Foltz, was the kindest and most patient person a first-time home buyer. There was no such thing as a dumb question and she explained everything so thoroughly. She worked hard behind the scenes to find us an amazing down-payment assistance program and provided comparisons to others across state lines that helped us narrow down where we wanted to live. I cannot recommend Lacy and the Rome Team enough!

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for The Rome Team I Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation by Brinkley B - Had the opportunity to work with The Rome Team as a co-op TC on a transaction. They did a fantastic job of communication; I always knew exactly what stage of the transaction the file was in. Additionally, they were able to clear the file to close a week early! Overall, a great experience working with The Rome Team.
