Love working for a Bank where we truly are a team. I had a very difficult purchase transaction which I was afraid that we wouldn’t be able to get closed. Buyer was great but the property was questionable. After my Underwriter, Loan Processor and myself got our heads together we finally got a Clear to Close this afternoon. We are closing Monday! Great team effort!!
