Watching the market change can feel personal when it’s your money on the line.

That’s why having a plan and people who know you and understand what you’re working toward matters. When questions come up, you don’t have to navigate them alone.

You don’t have to ignore how market changes make you feel. You just don’t want that feeling making the decision for you.

Good pizza, great people, and one of our favorite annual traditions.

Each year, the Allos Investment Advisors® + Searcy Financial® Pizza Party brings together clients, friends, referral partners, and community leaders for an evening centered around connection and community.

This year, we were also able to turn that time together into something even more meaningful, raising more than $500 for Growing Futures Early Education Center. Growing Futures is especially close to Marc, who currently serves as President of the organization’s Board.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, contributed, and made the evening such a great one. We’re incredibly grateful for the relationships and community that have grown around Allos Investment Advisors® and Searcy Financial®.
Until next year!

The end of the year can already feel full. Tax planning doesn’t need to become one more thing you’re rushing to figure out in the final days of December.

A thoughtful review now can give you time to ask questions, consider your options, and make sure your financial advisor and CPA are looking at the same picture.

Our latest blog covers several areas worth revisiting before year-end, including retirement accounts, charitable giving, portfolio considerations, and planning for business owners.

Because good planning isn’t about making every possible move. It’s about making the ones that make sense for you—with enough time to do them thoughtfully.

There’s a lot of life behind every financial decision.

A family you’re caring for. A career you’ve spent years building. People you want to help. A future you’re looking forward to.

As those pieces grow and change, sometimes what you need from your financial life changes, too.

Having the right support isn’t just about managing money. It’s about having someone who knows what matters to you, understands where you’re headed, and can help you make decisions with the whole picture in mind.

Because at the end of the day, the plan is about your life. And as your life evolves, you deserve a financial relationship that evolves with you.

No two financial journeys look exactly alike, especially for women who are leading businesses, advancing their careers, raising families, or balancing all three.

That's why financial planning should never be about fitting into a template. It should reflect your goals, your values, and the life you're building.

In her latest blog, Jessica shares why meaningful financial planning begins by listening first and creating a strategy that's built around you, not just your portfolio.

Whether you're growing a business, preparing for retirement, or navigating life's next chapter, having a plan designed for your unique circumstances can make all the difference.

Some of the best opportunities in life begin with a simple conversation.

A few years ago, after their networking group wrapped up, Marc and his friend Jeff started meeting for a b**r. There was no business plan or long-term vision, just two friends enjoying good conversation.

Over time, those conversations grew into It's 4 O'Clock Somewhere, a podcast centered around leadership, business, and the lessons learned along the way.

In his latest blog, Marc reflects on how an unexpected friendship turned into something much bigger and why investing in genuine relationships often leads to opportunities you never see coming.

Thinking about rolling over your 401(k)?

For many people, a 401(k) rollover is simply the next step after changing jobs or retiring. But if your account includes employer stock, there may be important tax considerations to evaluate before making a move.

In his latest blog, Marc explains Net Unrealized Appreciation (NUA), a strategy that may help reduce taxes in certain situations if planned for in advance.

Every financial situation is different, which is why understanding your options before making a decision is so important.

When most people hear the words legacy planning, they think about wills, trusts, and estate documents.

Those are important, but they're only part of the story.

Meaningful legacy planning begins by asking a different question:

What do you want your legacy to say about you?

Whether your priorities center around family, generosity, your business, or the values you hope to pass on, your financial plan should reflect what matters most to you.

Our latest blog by John explores how thoughtful legacy planning goes beyond the paperwork and helps ensure your wishes, values, and vision are carried forward.
