💥It’s always been my absolute obsession to try and figure out how the human body works and how to achieve peak physical condition.
🔹Testing out optimal sleep cycles,
🔹Trying out every diet under the sun
🔹Comparing different training splits
🔹The effects of endurance training vs weight training
And the list goes on
After being a fitness coach full-time for quite some time, I started to realize that not everyone is going to be jumping up and down for joy when it comes time to buckle down and hit the gym
And that’s okay
I wanted to shift gears to ensure that I could expand my reach and help more people
💥So I became a licensed Health Advisor
This enabled me to start helping people in all walks of life
I am now in a position to educate people on what their best options are to protect themselves and their family
And I find that to be a pretty awesome thing
