The first phase alone will bring nearly 400 new residential units including apartments, duplexes, and penthouses right in the heart of the city.

Big Grove Brewery is set to open its doors this May! Big Grove is a brewery and restaurant concept out of Iowa. This 10,000–12,000 sq ft brewery will be at The Shops of Prairie Village. They’re taking over part of the old Macy’s building (which has been sitting vacant since 2020), and the plan includes:
• Full restaurant + taproom
• Large outdoor patio
• Kids play area

The site will also be home to a Hen House, relocating from its nearby spot at 6950 Mission Road, and a GOLFTRK indoor golf experience.
