Wow, what an incredible Monthly Motivation!

A huge thank you to my good friend of more than 30 years, Steve Labostrie, for taking time out of his busy schedule to speak with our agents. As a successful Firehouse Subs franchise owner, Steve reminded us that whether you’re serving sandwiches or providing financial guidance, building a successful business comes down to serving people, earning trust, building relationships, and being consistent every single day.

Thank you as well to our senior agent of more than 40 years, Ed Ostervich, for sharing his wisdom on the power of daily habits, discipline, and consistency. His experience was a great reminder that success is built one day at a time.

We finished the day by developing second-half business plans, creating a roadmap to help our agents finish the year strong.❤️

Grateful for the opportunity to attend the Senior NYLIC Luncheon for 2026. It was an honor to spend time in fellowship, enjoy a great meal, share some laughs, but most importantly, to listen and learn from professionals with 20+ years of experience in this business.

Hearing the journeys of both financial professionals and the incredible support staff behind the scenes was a powerful reminder of what makes this organization special.

This is not a job… it’s a career. Plain and simple.
