Independent Sales Agent
As an Independent Sales Agent you’ll be paid commission for new enrollments and be eligible for renewal commissions when you retain your clients. This opportunity can allow you to increase your income as you grow your business over time. You truly define your financial success- the harder you work, the more you can earn.
You’ll have the ability to own your own business and set your own schedule, giving you the flexibility for the work- life balance you desire. You will build your own book of business, but we are here to help and support you along the way.
Having a history in sales is beneficial but not necessary. We will train you. This opportunity is great for people from all backgrounds. Whether you're a new college graduate looking to make an impact, have an established career and want a change or looking for a second career, this opportunity could be for you.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with eligible consumers to understand their healthcare needs and provide education on Medicare plans.
- Make plan recommendations and enroll consumers in the appropriate plan.
- Service your clients by assisting them with questions and helping them take advantage of their plan benefits.
- Maintain relationships with clients to support them when their needs change with alternative coverage options.
- Be resourceful and self-sufficient in an independent role with support of a local management team.
- Understand and maintain compliance with required rules and CMS regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- We will train YOU- no previous experience is required.
- Ambition to start your own business.
Comfortable working in a commission only roll.
- Licensed to sell health insurance. If you do not have a license we will guide you on the steps to get your producer license.
- Motivated, reliable, eager to learn, team player and resourceful.
- Commitment to the values of compassion, integrity, relationships, innovation, and performance. Ethical behavior and integrity are a must.
- Comfortable with remote work.
Must be patient and compassionate for our older population.
