We are working hard to comb through the claims from the Hail storm that came through yesterday. Thank you all for your patience while we work with everyone who has stopped in or called us.

If you are turning in claims online or over the phone please know your deductibles!! You can find those deductibles on your Declarations page, or by calling us! There are options to file online through the website, the mobile app, or calling claims. You are always welcome to contact us at your local office for claim help. Policyholders will be contacted in the order the claim was received.

We will be in the office until 1PM today. If you have an emergency over the weekend you can contact 641-387-5214, which is our office cell phone and will be periodically checked.

❄️2025 HOLIDAY HOURS❄️

We will be closing early at 3PM on Wednesday, December 24th and we will be closed on Thursday, December 25th and Friday, December 26th.

On Wednesday, December 31st we will be closing early at 3PM, and we will be closed Thursday, January 1st. The office will be open Friday, January 2nd from 8:30AM-1:00PM.

If you are needing to make a payment you are welcome to do so through your mobile app or on the website using your account login. You are welcome to call our 800 number that is listed on our website for service while the office is closed. Please note that corporate has their own Holiday Hours as well.

We hope you all are able to enjoy this Holiday season with friends and family. For those that are travelling, we wish you safe travels! Thank you all for allowing us to service your insurance needs, we are so thankful to round out the year 2025 with you as our valued customers! Stay safe this Holiday season.

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 2nd, 2025, we will be incorporating changes to our office hours. We will be open Monday – Thursday from 8:30AM – 5:00 PM, closed from 12:00PM – 1:00PM for lunch, and open Fridays 8:30AM – 1:00PM.

As a reminder, if you are unable to make it into the office to make payments, you are always welcome to call our office at 641-682-8191, pay online, pay through the State Farm mobile app, mail your payment to 523 Church St. Ottumwa, IA 52501, OR drop off your payment in our front door mail slot.
