We’re wrapping up Indy 500 month by sharing one of our newest community sponsorships - the Otterbein Public Library 's Mini Z Club! We’re proud to sponsor two RC cars for the program, which gives kids and adults the chance to learn RC racing while building STEM, mechanical, and teamwork skills along the way.

Our Otterbein branch officially reopened on 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟒, and we were thrilled to celebrate with the Benton County Chamber of Commerce and our community!

After a temporary closure for renovations, our updated space now features a third office for added privacy, an enhanced teller line with cash recyclers for quicker, more efficient service, and new security upgrades to keep both customers and staff safe.

These improvements reflect our ongoing commitment to blending modern banking technology with the personal service our customers know and trust.

Ask your F&M Banker about our real-time debit card alerts today. Simply provide your cell phone number or email address and get notified each time your card is used. If it is a valid charge, great! But if it's a fraudulent charge, it helps you catch the charge quicker & notify the bank to prevent further unauthorized card use.

Today we honor 𝐒𝐚𝐦 𝐃𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞, who is celebrating an incredible 𝟏𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 with F&M!

Over the past decade, Sam has worn many hats:
• Started on the frontline, serving our customers’ everyday banking needs with care and dedication.
• Partnered with our Loan Operations Manager to implement a new mortgage processing software, improving the experience for our mortgage customers.
• Stepped into leadership as our Compliance Officer and later took on the additional role of BSA Officer following a staff retirement.

In his current role, Sam continues to strengthen our bank by:
✅ Leading our Compliance Council meetings
✅ Reviewing and preparing for regulatory changes
✅ Monitoring policies and procedures
✅ Assisting bankers in detecting and preventing suspicious activity
