Closing out the end of our first year at Bell today is absolutely surreal. A year ago we walked into our new home excited for so many reasons. It's not just about what feels like endless options to help our clients into a home loan with their future goals in mind, Bell gives us every ability to reach deeper into our community and make a difference in a meaningful way.

I am so lucky to get to work for an incredible bank with these talented women on my side. I am so grateful for all we've gotten to experience in our move and can't wait for many more years to come.

Thank you and along with all of our incredible clients for making our first year absolutely unforgettable and amazing.

Reason #876

I had one of my referral partners ask me this week, "so why Bell Bank? Tell me about them." And honestly, it's a question I love getting lately and this is one of those reasons. This wasn't a move for rate, or product, or marketing. Bell has all the "business things" down. But they also have the, "Happy Employees, Happy Customers" thing down.

It is the smallest thing of coming home on a Friday after a CRAZY week to find a hand written birthday card in your mailbox with the $10 they send to every employee "because that's what they've always done."

It's the coming home to at delivering a beautiful poinsettia befor Christmas "because that's what we've always done."

It's the turkey that fed my family for Thanksgiving "because that's what we've always done."

It's looking forward to an extra day off with a $500 gift to take a day with my family "because that's what we SHOULD do."

It's looking forward to designating my first Pay It Forward gift in our community to give a cause close to my heart $1000 "because that's what we SHOULD do."

I can tell you all the things on products and rate but those things change with each shift in the market. How a company takes care of their employees and those families is something truly unique and difficult to come by. I'm lucky. I'm lucky that not only do I get to do my job I love for clients I love, I get to do it for a team I love at a company I love.

We had so much fun hosting our Kansas and Missouri Bankers for the Annual Years of Service and Appreciation Dinner at Sullivan's Steakhouse in Leawood.

At Bell we value promoting and sustaining our family atmosphere. Our leaders handed out turkeys for employees to share with their families this holiday. Even better, my turkey box had a prized Golden Ticket for our company store. It's a tradition we do each year and part of why we know that Bell is just like HOME.

Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae’s conforming loan limit increase in single family homes won’t be announced until nearly 2024. Starting TODAY 10/18/23, Bell is increasing our loan limit to $745,000* now through the end of 2023.

*Single Family Primary Residence only (no MFH). Purchase, R/T and C/O eligible. $745,000 maximum loan amount. MN, ND, WI, CO, KS, MO, TN, FL, NM, AZ only. Loans must be locked on or before December 31st, 2023
