Congratulations to our 2026 recipient, Jace Mitchell!

Established in 2001 in memory of Bob Harris—past president of both Twin Oaks (OSB Marseilles/Morris) and Marseilles Rotary—this scholarship honors his legacy by awarding $1,000 each year to support and inspire future business leaders.
