Calling all little artists! OTFCU is hosting a Halloween Coloring Contest for the children and grandchildren of Oswego County School District employees and retirees. 🖍️

🎨 Three age groups: 2-4, 5-8, and 9-12
🏆 Prize: One winner in each age group wins a $20 Five Below gift card!

How to enter:
✏️ Color your Halloween page
✏️ Write your name, age, and phone number on the back
✏️ Return it by Friday, October 30

📍 Drop off: 90 West Utica Street, Oswego, NY 13126
