We loved spending the day in downtown Oswego, seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones, handing out lots of prizes, and watching our Community Thankful Tree fill up with everything our neighbors are thankful for. 🧡

I’m proud to be a Founding Member of the Trusted Healthcare Alliance!

🚨Medicare has launched the GLP-1 Bridge Program, but is important to know that it’s not regular Part D coverage. Eligible beneficiaries may pay $50 for a monthly supply of certain weight loss GLP-1 medications if they meet CMS criteria. Start with your doctor and pharmacist, and verify details at medicare.gov/GLP1bridge.

Ibrahim Khaldoon Hilmi has been on the run since May 2025 after defrauding the American taxpayers of $3.7 BILLION.

He’s responsible for one of the LARGEST Medicare fraud schemes ever recorded.

Because of the work of HHS OIG and the FBI, Hilmi was flagged, detained in by Turkish authorities, and handed over to federal authorities in Miami, Florida.

🚨 Medicare Update: GLP-1 Coverage Changes

There’s a LOT of confusion around medications like Ozempic and Wegovy under Medicare—so here’s the real update:

👉 Medicare just launched a GLP-1 “Bridge” program
👉 It’s a test program giving early access for weight loss medications
👉 It leads into a bigger rollout in 2027 called the BALANCE Model

⚠️ Important: Coverage in the future will depend on the Part D plan you choose.

This is going to make plan selection even more important.
