🐾 CU Cares Spotlight: Friends Forever Animal Rescue

Some organizations make such a meaningful impact that they deserve to be recognized more than once. 💙

Our Phoenix Branch Staff selected Friends Forever Animal Rescue as a CU Cares recipient for the second time!

Based in Pennellville, Friends Forever is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven rescue dedicated to helping stray, sick, abandoned, and abused animals throughout Central New York. Since 2002, they have helped place more than 8,000 homeless or unwanted pets into loving homes. They care for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, mice, and other small animals, while also helping community members with spay/neuter resources.

Their commitment goes beyond finding animals new homes—they provide the care, rehabilitation, and second chances these animals need along the way. 🐶🐱

We’re proud to once again support Friends Forever Animal Rescue and the incredible work they do for animals and families throughout our community!

Supporting families and helping parents feel equipped for every step of the journey. 🤝

Our Phoenix Branch Staff selected the Family Resource Center of Oswego County as a recent CU Cares recipient!

The Family Resource Center provides free, confidential support to individuals and families through parenting education, mentorship, community referrals, emotional support, and practical resources such as baby and maternity items. Their services are designed to help parents feel supported, informed, and empowered as they navigate pregnancy and parenthood.

We’re proud to support an organization that is committed to strengthening families and providing meaningful resources to our community. 💙
