At this time, there have been no changes to our system status. Our core processing provider continues to actively work on restoring services.

We know this outage is frustrating and greatly appreciate your continued patience and understanding.

⚠️ SYSTEM OUTAGE UPDATE

We want to provide an update regarding the system outage that began yesterday.

Most importantly, there has been NO data breach or unauthorized access to member information. This is a service availability issue, not a security incident.

Our core processing provider is actively working to restore services. At this time, we do not have a confirmed restoration time.

Current Service Information:
• Debit cards are working for chip, tap, and swipe purchases, with a $500 daily limit.
• ATM withdrawals are available up to $250 per day.
• Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, and similar transactions may be declined.
• Home Banking and Mobile Banking remain unavailable.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while services are being restored.
