💥Starting September 1, 2024, the Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS), Labor, and the Treasury (collectively, the Departments) released final rules which will limit these plans to an initial period of three months, with a maximum total coverage of four months, including any renewals or extensions.

The upcoming Annual Enrollment Period for Medicare beneficiaries is going to be a bit bumpy. This is the first, of likely many, big changes for Missourians (and Kansans). Medicare Advantage plans and Prescription Drug plans will likely see some significant changes. If you do not have an agent, GET ONE! You are going to need an expert to help you understand what is happening. Medicare Supplements are going to have their own challenges as we see double digit increases and expect that to be the norm for the foreseeable future.
