The CSR will start as a part time position and has the potential to expand to full time with further personal and professional growth.
Initially the position will require the candidate to learn (but not limited to) basic customer service skills, systems procedures, payment procedures, phone skills, solicitation skills and etiquette, and basic insurance knowledge.
Candidates for this position will need to have the minimum requirements of
1. High School diploma
2. Passing a back ground check
3. Computer skills
4. Strong communication skills
5. Professional and social skills to interact with the public in a friendly and courteous manner
6. The capacity to multi-task and expand your responsibilities as the business grows
