This one is extremely special for me. Reminds me of why I love the work I do. This wasn’t a walk in the park but I DID NOT GIVE UP. I did more research I used all my resources and completely restructured the loan to make it work.
When someone puts their trust in me I take it very seriously. The least I can do is be the ABSOLUTE BEST at what I do.

This one needs to be a post because for many years I keep putting runing at least a 10k on my vision board for two years. So today I conquered. Durham almond Blossom Run, I was really close to getting a medal but for my first time I’m proud of myself. Took 55min. Challenge yourself, compete with yourself and set your goals and crush the f out of them.

That’s right! “Easy working with the superstar” thank you for connecting me with your client. It took two years but hey, no rush when the time is right that’s when we do it. He was able to take advantage of the “California Dream for All” program. That’s right, it’s still around.
I love helping my Hispanic community, such hard working, humble, nice people. So proud, bien orgulloso de mi gente trabajadora.

Nothing makes me more upset than other realtor and lenders not taking the time to help potential new buyers. These amazing couple had to go through a lender that didn’t explain anything simply gave them a pre approval, payments were not broken down and cash to close was not explained. Realtor didn’t think they were worth showing house to them only sending them to open houses. I’m so glad they found me!! Now they know all the details their questions were answered and they even got approved for $90,000 more then their original approval. It’s good to work with local lender who can offer local down payment assistance. So proud and fulfilled to help my community and hard working people that just need a little guidance.
