Ever wonder who’s behind the scenes helping your local insurance agent? Meet our Territory Managers! 👋

They’re usually on the road visiting agencies across Florida, so having them all in one place is rare. This week, they came to our headquarters to meet with sales leadership and talk about how we can best support our agents after Hurricane Isaias.

Our Panhandle Territory Manager stayed behind to support agencies in that area.

Now they’re back on the road with fresh ideas to share.

After Hurricane Isaias, members of our leadership team traveled to Florida's Panhandle to visit policyholders and agency partners affected by the storm.

One of several stops during the trip included a visit to Florida Insurance Agency, where the team discussed the claims process, answered questions, and shared updates on recovery efforts. Joining the visits was our Panhandle Territory Manager, Amber, whose local relationships and support helped make these conversations possible.

A respected industry journalist recently visited the Florida Panhandle and documented what many communities are experiencing in the aftermath of Hurricane Isaias. While damage has generally been less severe than initially expected, recovery is still underway for many homeowners, and help remains available for those affected.

One concern we're continuing to hear about is the presence of contractors, roofers, and public adjusters going door to door in storm-impacted areas, sometimes making promises about what insurance will or won't cover. Before signing anything or agreeing to repairs, we encourage homeowners to contact their insurance company and understand their coverage options.
