We are a non-profit, voluntary association and try our best to maintain the mail center, street signs, road insurance, and road maintenance with limited funds. Membership dues and contributions to the road fund are the ONLY funds the Association has to keep equipment operatin
g to drag the roads, to purchase fill dirt/crushed rock, and to pay for the lights at the Mail Center. VOLUSIA COUNTY DOES NOT MAINTAIN OUR ROADS
Membership dues are $75.00 per year – Meetings are held as needed. A Road Fund Contribution is requested of $100.00 per year, however any amount that you can contribute is very much appreciated. This money is used exclusively for road repairs. ***The people that work on the roads, mow the entrance, install signs, and spread crushed rock, DO NOT get paid; they volunteer their time and machinery.
***The members on the Board, and Officers of the HOA, also DO NOT get paid for their participation; they volunteer their time and resources for the overall benefit of the community. Plantation Pines subdivision is located on State Road 40, in Ormond Beach, Florida. We are 9 miles West from Interstate 95 on the left.
