Transactions don’t fall apart at the closing table. They weaken much earlier — when income, assets, or documentation aren’t structured correctly from the beginning.
My role in every transaction is clear:
• Evaluate financial documentation with precision
• Structure the file correctly from the outset
• Identify underwriting concerns early
• Maintain alignment between borrower and Realtor
• Work directly with Realtors, CPAs, and financial advisors to strengthen documentation
The objective is straightforward:
