On average, each property is in the market for 54 days and takes 92 days to close. This month, we had an increase in new listings for a total of 4,500. Finally, an interesting number, the median house price in this area is about $385,000. According to ORRA data, it takes nearly ninety days to close a property when, on average, each house is fifty-four days in the market.
