Meet the Team: Zach Pinel, Acquisitions Associate

Bringing 6+ years of commercial real estate experience to the table, Zach has a strong background in sourcing, underwriting and analyzing acquisition opportunities as well as managing development projects.

Before Alakai, he built his career in the self-storage sector and also worked as a licensed broker since 2017, giving him a well-rounded perspective on investment opportunities.

Born and raised in Orlando, Zach knows the Florida market inside and out, a big advantage as we continue expanding our portfolio across the state and beyond.
