A closer look at SanPik, Inc.’s work on the 24” reclaimed water force main connecting the Lake Nona facility to Narcoossee Road. 🚧

With a major portion of the work running through Tagore Place and connecting to busy Narcoossee Road, maintaining traffic and safe public access added another layer of coordination to the project. SanPik’s team has managed the pipeline installation, traffic control, excavation, restoration, and testing along the way.

The project is now in the pressure testing phase, with final milling and paving planned for this month. We’re proud to partner with SanPik and highlight the specialized underground utility work they continue to deliver across Florida. 🤝

John Martinez, Foreman with Piling Pros, explains how the team set elevations on the sheet piles they had driven for the weir. Getting the sheets set to the proper elevation was an important step before excavation and the installation of the concrete forms could begin.

L7 Construction, Inc. has come a long way since its first hard bid job in 2011, a $207,000 project for the City of Daytona. As the company built its team and developed more capacity in house, L7 began pursuing larger and more complex opportunities.

Today, Brett Lefever, President of L7 Construction, explains how the company grew into the $10 million to $40 million project range and why that space has become an important part of the company’s strategy.
