Last week, I attended an exceptional conference hosted by Prudential Financial, a powerful experience focused on refining our skills and strengthening our commitment to serving our communities with excellence.

The final evening, over dinner at the historic Paschal's Restaurant, I took a moment to reflect. Surrounded by images of legends who courageously fought for our civil rights, I was reminded that every generation has its defining mission. I firmly believe that ours is clear: closing the wealth gap and creating generational wealth, which represents the new frontline.

We are living in one of the most unprecedented times in history, an era filled with opportunities to create, build, and secure generational wealth. The question is not whether it can be done, but rather who will rise to the challenge to build and take action.
