📈National home prices have risen for the ninth straight month, with October’s 0.6% rise representing a new all-time high per Case-Shiller. October’s YoY increase of 4.8% was the fastest rate of the year, with appreciation around the country “broad based.” Case-Shiller noted that the report “reflects a rising tide across nearly all markets.” This is a positive news for all current homeowners and buyers in the market. As a follow up to yesterday's "Bold Prediction" if interest rates continue to come down, this will drive more buyer's to the market quickly with prices increasing as the market demands. If you are at all interested in buying or selling, reach out and lets run some numbers to see what makes sense!

The upcoming 90 days present an excellent opportunity for buyers to take action. I foresee a noteworthy appreciation in real estate nationwide during 2024 📈.

Reflect on those who acquired homes in the quiet market of April/May/June 2020; their property values surged significantly, ranging from 20% to 100% by the end of 2021 🤑.

While history may not precisely repeat itself, I'm confident that the next few years will witness a resurgence in buying demand. As interest rates decline, a buying frenzy is likely to ensue, propelling home prices upward in numerous areas.

Consider this: if home prices remained resilient despite high rates, imagine the impact when rates drop in the coming year 🤷‍♂️. Spoiler: Home values won't be decreasing 🚫📉.
