We are excited to share highlights from a Sunrise Association Banking team hosted Seminar on Condo & HOA Grant Funding delivered by Alex Orellana, Program Coordinator for Orange County Neighborhoods!
Supported by a fantastic group of industry vendors, this event brought together Board Members, Property Managers and Professionals focused on enhancing and investing into our communities.
Key opportunities discussed included a $15k matching grant for entranceway repairs & enhancements and a $5k non-matching grant dedicated to sustainable initiatives such as energy-efficient projects and community gardens.
