Elaborate ambitious project:
I have been working on this socio-economic project for years. Alongside it, I translated parts of a PhD thesis from Spanish to English on the achievements of Morocco’s King from 2000 to 2010. I will need someone to translate it to French. I recently found myself in a complex personal situation. I needed something to take my head out of it. I am ready to turn back to this project.
Yesterday, I called a couple of old Moroccan friends with deep experience in politics, economics, and social disparities. After 26 years, I wanted to catch up on major changes. I had never shared any of this with my friends because I wasn’t ready to.
This main study compares the political and socio-economic systems of Morocco and the United States. I’ll also bring in minor comparisons from regions like the Middle East, Europe, the Far East, Russia, Central America, and South America for context. I’ll explore how history, culture, and government shape economic and social realities, including women’s rights, the legacy of all verities of slavery, and how powerful countries have exploited natural resources. Life is going by fast and it finally time to explore.
