We have a position available for a Mature experienced Bookkeeper in the Ft Lauderdale ,Florida area.

Must have experience with cloud based accounting software, as well as Excel and Word processing software.
You must speak perfect English as you will be on the phone to government agencies, banks, vendors, and Tenants etc.

We are a Real Estate Investing Company.
We purchase multiple properties to Renovate and hold as long term assets.

This is a fast paced and growing company.
You will be dealing with US government offices, utility companies, tenants, as well as keeping track of payments to various contractors.

Completing 1099 for contractors and other tax accounting forms.
You will be involved with mortgage applications, tenant leases and assisting with reports to investors, etc.
Real Estate / Construction experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

We are anticipating starting with 5 mornings a week with increased hours as the company grows.

Expect 20 hours a week to start.

This position requires you to work out of our office located in Fort lauderdale Florida
We are not looking for someone to work remotely, this is an onsite position.
