Our Next Us Childcare has grown alongside the families it serves, but with that growth came new demands behind the scenes.

As enrollment increased, so did the need to strengthen daily operations, support staff, and maintain the quality their families rely on.

Through BBIF’s business advisory programs, including CEO Roundtables and consulting, they focused on building stronger hiring practices, improving staff support, and creating more consistent operations.

With that structure in place, they’re better positioned to keep growing while continuing to serve their community with care.

If you’re working through similar challenges in your business, we’re bringing these conversations to our upcoming Money Moves Summit in June.

With that in place, decisions became clearer, and easier to act on.

Sometimes, having the space to step back and understand what’s happening behind the scenes can make all the difference.

As we kick off Small Business Week, it’s a chance to pause and recognize the work behind every business.

The long hours, the decisions that aren’t always clear, and the effort it takes to keep things moving forward.

At BBIF, we have the opportunity to work alongside business owners at different stages; helping them navigate challenges, strengthen their operations, and plan what comes next.

This week, we’ll be sharing a few of those stories. Stay tuned to hear about their journey.
