Congratulations to our September Teammate of the Month, Austin Caruso! 🎉

Since joining us in August 2025, Austin has jumped into his role as Associate Underwriter with grit and tenacity, meeting every challenge head-on instead of coming with excuses. He brings a great attitude to the office every day, always ready to help a teammate, tackle a tough call with an agent, or find a solution when “it’s not possible” simply isn’t an option. What a treat it was to support Runway to Hope's Trunk or Treat this past weekend! 🎃

Ce’Koya Jarvis and Yun MacIver represented our office at the Family Fall Festival, sponsoring a trunk and spending the afternoon celebrating with so many adorable costumes and smiling faces. Runway to Hope’s mission to support children and families battling pediatric cancer in Central Florida is one we’re proud to stand behind, because no family should have to battle pediatric cancer alone.
