Our latest project in St Cloud is done and we love how it turned out!! This one went under contract immediately for full price. What do you think? Should we have done something different, or do you like the results? Let us know!!

Here is the final walkthrough on the Orlando house!! How do you think it came out? Someone must have thought it was nice, as it went under contract with a full priced offer in the first weekend!! We would love to hear your feedback!!

Our newest project brings us to a nice little neighborhood in Orlando. This one has quite a bit of work as far as cleaning and smoke mitigation goes. Stay tuned for the newest updates and the finished product coming soon!!

It is done and it came out great!! This was a bit more challenging than some of our other projects, but we think it was all worth it. Let us know how you think this project came out!!

Oh boy!! Did we bite off more than we can chew on this one? If you have watched us in the past, you already know the answer to that one. 😀 OF COURSE NOT!! This property is definitely distressed, but I think it will be a fun challenge. What do you all think?
