Well this was a unique one! And we tried everything to get this to close NOT on Friday the 13th, but some things just can't be helped. We had this thing CTC over a week ago but unfortunately just had to wait because the sellers. Anyhow, we had been working with Phil since May last year. Not because he wasn't ready, he was more than ready. We actually were under contract with a different house once but it turned out to be a mess so we cancelled and found this one, a better one! Unfortunately I could not attend this closing, it's several hours away but everything went smoothly. Travis did a great job with everything, getting seller concessions, a great price and a great house. The title company even gave Phil this cool picture right off their wall as a house warming gift because he liked it so much! Never seen that before. Thank you both for trusting me to help you through this transaction and thank you of course to my Shelbie for being amazing as always. Who's next? Happy Friday the 13th 👹

I am not going to name names, but this guy is a long time friend of mine who became an industry partner years ago when him and his wife got their real estate license. As you know, there are lots of LOs and companies they could have chosen to handle their personal business, and it's a great honor when my industry partners choose me to handle their own deals. It shows a great amount of respect and trust that I cannot thank them enough for. 🥰

Who doesn't love a Clear to Close a week early!? We still have 9 days left on the contract. While these types of things would be extraordinary anywhere else, this is the norm for us.
