Your policy limit isn’t the end of your liability in Florida.

Most people assume once their insurance pays out, they’re protected. But if you’re found at fault, Florida can garnish your wages above and beyond what your policy covers.

That’s why I recommend every client carry at least 100/300 liability, not the state minimum.

The personal injury litigation environment here in Orlando alone makes anything less a real financial risk.

Pull up your declarations page and check your liability limits. If they’re under 100/300, let’s have a conversation.

Cameras give you peace of mind. They don’t lower your bill.

A home security camera system alone won’t reduce your home insurance rate…it’s a monitoring feature, not a discount trigger.

What actually moves the number is a central, monitored burglar system with a certificate that directly connects to local police.

When that’s in place, most carriers offer a small credit, typically $50 to $100 a year depending on the carrier.
