We enroll individuals and families into Individuals and Families Plans (IFP). These plans are mainly designed for ELIGIBLE consumers who are under age 65. Some people aged 65 and older may be eligible to enroll in IFP plan options. Plan options include medical (with prescription coverage).
We enroll individuals into Medicare options. Medicare options are available to ELIGIBLE individuals who are either age 65 or older, or who are under age 65 with certain disabilities, including individuals who get Social Security disability benefits or CERTAIN disability benefits from the Railroad Retirement Board for 24 months, individuals with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), often referred to as Lou Gehrig’s Disease and individuals who have end-stage renal disease (ESRD - kidney failure). Plan options include Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicare Advantage (with) Prescription Drug (MAPD), Medicare Supplement (Medigap), Medicare Part D (Prescription Drug Plan - PDP).
We enroll eligible individuals of any age into dental and vision options.
We assist with verifying Medicaid eligibility.
We inform you of all resources available to you, including the Medicare Savings Programs (MSP), the Low-Income Subsidy (LIS), which is often called Extra Help, the State Pharmaceutical Assistance Programs SPAP), the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), etc., and get you in touch with those programs via phone or web.
