Just thought I would let everyone know, I'm currently working on a Reverse Mortgage for my parents. It's going to be something that eases their financial burden substantially as they transition into retirement. It's definitely not for everyone, but if you know anyone who is older and on a limited/fixed income but has equity in their home this program could absolutely be something that can help them have more money each month, and reduce financial stress.
