It seems like we keep getting news that make interest rates go up so if there is a day when the opposite happens... we want to CELEBRATE! It's not a huge decline, but at least it is in the right direction.

Today, the average mortgage interest rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage is 7.45%, according to the Mortgage Research Center. On a 15-year fixed mortgage, the average rate is 6.61%, and the average rate on a 30-year jumbo mortgage is 7.59%. 30-Year Mortgage Rates Drop 0.07 Percentage Point
