You see all kinds of numbers and quotes and you get different rates every time you go to a different site.

Some of the information can even feel misleading... and sometimes it is.

I just got an email from a nice lady (Sandy) who is trying to assist her son and daughter in law in buying a home.

Emily and Tony just signed final papers on their beautiful new home yesterday. They got the keys today and are very excited to move in.
