ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL DEAL DONE: Morgan Ln in McMinnville!

I'm super excited for this one! Pictured below Isaac Groves! An exceptional young gentleman that moved here from Missouri. He is here to get his helicopters license and he is a grinder! He does school by day and is a real estate wholesaler and door dasher in his spare time! We spotted this beauty driving for dollars 2 months ago. We then followed up with cold calling, set up an appointment, and gave the seller an offer and he accepted! We immediately followed that with our marketing to find a buyer and after having several offers, we went with a gentleman I have wanted to work with for a while, Benjamin Ulloa, with Imperio Investments.

Pictured below is also the seller, who thoroughly enjoyed working with us and was so happy to work to create a Win-Win Solution for all of us! Congrats Isaac Groves for making $7500 and working hard! Hard Work Pays Off!

Wholesale Success Story-Be Persistent!

This story started 18 months ago, January 2020, at an investor meeting in downtown Portland at the Hilton DoubleTree. Nick had a great personality and he was super excited to start Real Estate Investing. We met that night and he gave me a shot of scotch, Neat. Just how I like it (Great way to build relationships, haha)!
We started chatting (trying not to be rude to the presenters) and quickly found ways to give value to each other. I was about 4 months into wholesaling, had only done 1 deal, but I had some growing pains that I was hoping to help Nick with, so he wouldn't go through the same mistakes I did. We definitely started a friendship that would turn into some successes we didn't expect.

FIRST DEAL:
Pictured below: a Triplex in Vancouver, Washington. Nick got into contract with the seller back in March and I brought the buyer! A true JV, first deal done together. Nick was exceptional with his communication through the whole process. Not a huge JV, but a good profit and trust built!

SECOND DEAL:
Pictured below: Nick (Inked Real Estate) and Brian (Me, FFF Investors) with an SFR in Portland. I had been talking to the seller, who lived in Tennessee, for nearly 6 months. I just kept following up and building rapport and then when he was finally ready to sell, he felt comfortable working with me.
I was out of town at the beach for my 40th birthday so Nick stepped in to meet the seller in person, walk the property, and take some video and pictures for me. All he did was pick up the phone and do one very important task for me.
That next week, we were in contract, and I turned around and wholesaled it to Zyan Mayfield, Zach Mayfield, Zayne Mayfield, three brothers who I have done 5 deals with together. For those of you looking for great flippers, these three brothers do a tremendous job and they all are great Men with integrity!
Nick and I are pictured below cashing checks for $10k each. This just goes to show that follow up, follow up, follow up, and building relationships is important!
I will say this again and again: "Treat everyone with respect and always network! You never know when value you can give each other in the future!"
