We’re hiring a Customer Service Rockstar to join our team full time and in the office in Orangeburg.

If you’re outgoing, talkative, and enjoy helping people, this might be the perfect fit. We’re looking for someone who likes solving problems, chatting with business owners, and making someone’s stressful day a little easier.

What a Customer Service Rep does in the merchant services world:
• Help merchants with questions about their credit card processing
• Assist with POS and payment terminal troubleshooting
• Answer calls, emails, and messages from merchants and agents
• Guide business owners through statements, deposits, and general account questions
• Work closely with our team to keep merchants running smoothly

You don’t need to be a tech wizard, but you do need patience, common sense, and the ability to stay calm when someone says, “My machine isn’t working and the lunch rush just started.”

Happy Birthday to our very own Caitlin.

If you have ever called PayRilla and thought “wow, she has a lot of energy,” that was probably Caitlin. She keeps the office lively, keeps the conversations going, and somehow still manages to organize every group activity we have whether it involves fun, food, or both.

Caitlin is also a proud dachshund mom to two very spoiled puppies, a sushi enthusiast, and a loyal Dancing with the Stars fan. At this point we are convinced she could plan an office event, hold a full conversation, and judge a dance routine all at the same time.

Caitlin, we hope your birthday is filled with great food, puppy cuddles, plenty of laughter, and maybe a little birthday dancing.

🚨PayRilla Customer Support Representative (CSR)🚨

📍 Orangeburg, SC | 🕒 Full-Time

Payrilla is growing and we’re hiring a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to support both our sales agents and merchant clients. This role is perfect for someone who’s upbeat, organized, and can troubleshoot issues quickly while keeping customers calm and confident.

You’ll be the voice of Payrilla and a key part of keeping our agents and merchants running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

This position includes, but is not limited to:
• Provide phone support to merchants and sales agents
• Troubleshoot POS issues including:
• Connectivity issues
• Terminal errors
• Payment processing interruptions
• Basic equipment troubleshooting
• Assist with programming and setup of equipment
• Build and maintain merchant and agent files accurately
• Document interactions clearly and professionally
• Escalate technical issues when needed while keeping communication tight and respectful
• Maintain a calm, confident tone while handling high-pressure situations

On-Call Requirement📞
• One week of on-call availability per month
• Must be dependable and responsive during scheduled on-call periods

What We’re Looking For
• Strong phone presence (clear, professional, confident)
• Upbeat personality with the ability to de-escalate difficult conversations
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain things simply without sounding robotic
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently

Bonus Points If You Have
• Customer service experience (especially phone-based support)
• Experience with POS systems, payment terminals, or merchant services
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills
