💪 You can’t hurt my feelings. Nothing you can say can compete with “the appraisal came in low”. But seriously, even then, I don’t panic.
A low appraisal doesn’t always mean the deal is over. There may be options—from reviewing the appraisal for errors to renegotiating, appealing the value, or restructuring the financing.
Before you assume it’s over... remember, I’ve been through it all!
