What Is a Conventional Loan?

❌Thou shalt not change jobs, become self-employed, or quit thy job.
❌Thou shalt not buy a car, truck, boat, or any other large item on credit.
❌Thou shalt not use credit cards excessively or let accounts fall behind.
❌Thou shalt not spend money thou hast set aside for closing.
❌Thou shalt not omit debts or liabilities from thy loan application.
❌Thou shalt not buy furniture until after thy closing day.
