After 17 incredible years, we are celebrating the retirement of someone who has been so much more than a colleague to us, Marianne Schmitt McKenna.

To say Marianne has been the heart and soul of our company would be an understatement. As the sister of our founder, John Schmitt, Marianne has been part of the fabric of our company and family for many years. But it was her warmth, creativity, generosity, and genuine love for the people around her that made her so special.

If you’ve ever attended one of our company celebrations, you’ve seen Marianne’s magic firsthand. Her incredible creativity and beautiful attention to detail brought people together and turned ordinary moments into lasting memories. She had a gift for making every occasion, and every person, feel special.

Marianne was truly everyone’s favorite person. She brought joy wherever she went, and the impact she has had on our culture and our people simply can’t be measured.

While it is incredibly hard to imagine our company without her, we couldn’t be happier for Marianne as she begins this next chapter. After giving so much of herself to all of us for 17 years, it’s time for her to enjoy what matters most — time with her children, grandchildren, and family.

Marianne, thank you for 17 wonderful years of memories, laughter, creativity, and heart. You will always be part of this family, and your presence will be deeply missed.
