Another amazing graduation at Operation New Uniform with guest speaker Walt Piatt, CEO of the Wounded Warrior Project. Sophros CEO Nick P***o was on hand. We all served together in the 25th IN DIV with multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. Tropic Lightning!

Operation New Uniform is doing some heavy lifting to help veterans properly transition to their next career.

I had a great time with the Clay County Sheriff, Michelle Cook, learning how our men and women of law enforcement are keeping us safe and serving our great community. Thanks to all those who put their lives on the line so that we may sleep peacefully at night.

MEMORIAL DAY workout in the books. Ran (shuffled) 20 miles which gave me almost four hours to REMEMBER and feel GRATEFUL for SSG TRAVIS TOMPKINS and PFC DEVON HARRIS for making the ultimate sacrifice for our families and country.

City of Jacksonville, FL did a super job putting on the annual 15K that draws so many elite runners (and the other 20,000 of us🤪).

I’m not as fast as I was six years ago when I still had Soldiers chasing me, but I’m still working hard. 46/477 in age group and had a lot of fun.
