Hurricane Ian-Office Closure

We wanted to update everyone as Hurricane Ian makes its way toward the Florida Coast. To ensure the safety of our employees, our office will be closing at 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday, September 28th, 2022 and will remain closed through the Friday, September 30th, 2022. We will re-open following our normal business hours of 9 AM – 5 PM on Monday, October 3rd, 2022.

We want to thank you for your patience while we will work through this time. We will have an answering service taking messages for us while we are closed, so you can rest assured, your call will be returned in the order they’re received immediately following our reopening. If you need to contact your carrier directly, please visit our website at www.alliance321.com/carriers where you can locate claims and payment information. Please note, endorsements and reinstatements may not be available until the storm has completely passed and the binding restrictions are lifted for the carriers.

If you are to suffer damages from a storm related loss, please know that we have partnered with Joe Taylor Restoration and they are a preferred vendor with most insurance carriers in the state of Florida. Joe Taylor Restoration specializes in Water, Mold, Fire and Biohazard remediation and can be on site typically within the same day when a loss is reported.
