20% to 7%. That’s the kind of difference Ben loves helping Members make.

A Member recently came into our Chino branch convinced there wasn’t a better option for his Auto Loan. Ben and his team helped him refinance from a 20% interest rate to 7%, lowering his monthly payment and giving him a solution he didn’t think was possible.

It’s just one example of why Ben, our Chino Assistant Branch Manager, was recently recognized with OCFCU’s quarterly Put People First Award.

For Ben, putting people first means treating every Member as a person, not a transaction. It means taking the time to listen, understand what they need and find a solution that works for them.

We had such a great time at the 2026 Orange County Employees Association Health Fair!

As one of the largest health fairs we participate in each year, this event is always a special one for us. It was wonderful to see so many longtime Members stop by to say hello, and just as exciting to meet County employees who are new to the Credit Union.

We loved chatting with Members, answering questions and sharing how OCFCU can support their financial goals. And of course, no booth visit was complete without some fun swag and a delicious paleta! 🍧
