In 2021, Santos leaned into his love of economics and business as a mortgage loan originator, gaining a strong understanding of financing and market strategy. Now, he’s back in real estate full time, combining more than 15 years of entrepreneurial experience with mortgage expertise to give his clients a true competitive edge in today’s market. Based in Gulf Shores, Alabama with Wheeles Realty and also licensed in Atlanta, Georgia with Keller Williams Intown Realty, Santos helps clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence. From Gulf Coast waterfronts to Atlanta neighborhoods, he brings precision, care, and calm strategy to every transaction, believing that the process should be both rewarding and enjoyable.
